You deserve to feel good in your body.

Eating well shouldn’t mean thinking about food all day or feeling guilty for every indulgence.

Your eating plan should revolve around your life, not the other way around.

What if food could be a source of enjoyment? How empowering would it feel to be confident in your eating choices, instead of constantly second-guessing yourself?

Hi, I’m Devon.

A women’s health dietitian who knows what it’s like to feel confused and overwhelmed by nutrition advice.

I love helping women who are tired of blanket statements like “just lose weight”.

Maybe you’ve tried tracking everything. Maybe you’ve tried cutting foods out, or starting over every Monday.

And you still feel tired, frustrated, and unsure what to eat. That’s not a discipline problem. You need a better strategy that works with your body and your lifestyle, not against it.

I help women understand what their bodies need and build a way of eating that doesn’t require perfection.

Dessert stays. Dinner out with friends stays. The guilt doesn’t.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

I don’t bill insurance directly. Staying private pay is what lets me keep my caseload small and give each woman real time and attention, instead of the rushed, one-size-fits-all visits insurance tends to push toward. I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If cost is on your mind, we can talk it through on our first call.

Where are you licensed to work?

I work virtually with women in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. If you’re outside those states, reach out anyway. My licensing may have expanded by the time you’re reading this, and I’m glad to point you toward someone if I’m not able to help directly.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?

Then you’re in exactly the right place. Most of the women I work with come to me tired and skeptical, sure they’re the exception. The reason things haven’t worked usually isn’t you. It’s that you were handed rules to follow instead of real, personal support. That’s what I do differently.

How does the virtual part actually work?

We meet over HIPAA-safe video from wherever you’re comfortable, no commute, no waiting room. You’ll have a private space to check in, ask questions, and do the real work between sessions with me in your corner. Most women find it easier to be honest about food from their own kitchen table anyway.

How long until I feel better?

It depends on you and your situation, so I can't promise a timeline. What I’ll say is that this isn’t a quick fix or another plan to grind through. It’s the last time you’ll have to figure this out, done in a way that actually sticks. Many women feel relief just after our first conversation.

You don’t have to keep figuring this out alone.

Still not sure if this is right for you? Book a free 15-minute discovery call and let’s talk about where you are and what would actually help.
No pressure, no obligation, just a real conversation.
